As professional women, daily, we play
many roles and often forget to connect with our true selves.
On retreat, we slow down and take time to learn how to balance
and integrate our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual
aspects. We remember who we really are and allow our authentic
selves to show up with increased clarity and vibrancy.
This five day retreat in Sedona, Arizona is a thought
provoking introduction to ancient wisdom traditions and earth
based methodologies for personal and professional growth. Join
us as we connect with nature as both a teacher and a guide.
This experience provides an essential foundation and
groundwork to explore many cross-cultural skills that include
modern approaches and ancient traditions to increase personal
effectiveness and excellence.
Women who attend come to engage in deep listening and
conversation, enhance their capacity for compassion for self
and others, and share stories that inform them and empower
them grow, stretch and dream.
You will gain valuable insight from the Wisdom Wheel, a map
of guidance for life. Cross culturally, indigenous people
around the world have used this map for over 15,000 years to
cultivate the four aspects of wholeness and well being.
Optimum health in most cultures is expressed as a balance in
the four areas of: Leading, Healing, Visioning, and Teaching.
Cross-culturally these reflect the four key resources of
Power, Love, Vision, and Wisdom.
Most of us tend to over-express one area, while leaving the
others underdeveloped. It is important to understand that
these resources are universal and available to everyone,
regardless of context, culture, structure, and practice. How
we connect with ourselves is ultimately how we connect with
others. This retreat is structured to develop all four areas
with equal emphasis to support optimum health, both
individually and collectively, in our family, workplace, and
communities.
A residential experience, it is nature based and time spent
outdoors is significant. Activities include morning walks,
moderate hiking, meditation and a variety of reflection, group
activities and conversations.
